Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?
A. Designers such as Jovani, Faviana, Flip, Dave and Johnny,La Femme, GiGi, Ariella and Terani will be shipped out by 5pm Monday thru Friday. Please note: For your protection we must verify all billing information before we ship. All other designers can take 1-3 business days to ship out depending on whether the item is in stock. Shipping can always be expedited for an extra cost.
Q. When can I place my order?
A. You can place your Promsgalore.com order 24 hours a day online or call us during our business hours to place the order over the phone.
Q. What happens when I order a dress that is not available?
A. When a dress is not available to ship out immediately, we will notify you and let you know when the item will be available. You may call or e-mail us to confirm or decline this delayed date.
Q. Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost and how long does it take?
A. Yes, we do. We do not accept international credit cards, however we do accept Paypal. International Shipping charges will vary from country to country. Save $40.00 on International shipping with promo code: "world08" ($200.00 Minimum order)

Q. I selected Next Day Shipping, but my order was not delivered to me Next Day. Why is that?
A. It takes 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Thus, even if you have selected
Next Day Shipping, your order is not guaranteed to be delivered by the next day.
