Return policy

Returns/exchanges: Due to the nature of the product and time of year Promsgalore Does Not Accept Returns on dresses
In the event that you find fault in the craftsmanship of the gown you must contact us within 72 hours of the dress being delivered to your address. Damaged gowns will only be replaced or exchanged. No packages shipped back to Promsgalore will be accepted without an Exchange Authorization number that you can get from us through email request. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. The package must be post marked within 5 days of notification.
